iMac 2011 21.5, CPU Upgrade

hello, I'm new here :)

I am looking for help to change my CPU

My iMac has a I5-2400S, and i would like to upgrade to a i7

the problem is that I do not get the "i7 2600s" in my country (México), however there is a i7 2600 (not S) at a very cheap price ($160usd)

Will I have a problem being higher TDP processor? (65w -> 95w)

there any other cheap processor that I can change?
