Hi All
Newbie question, apologies probably been covered a million times.
Disk utility has no option to restore, erase or unmount on my start up disk. Restore is not even shown.
How do I get around this to clone it to my new SSD.
Thanks in advance.

I guess you are logging in as a normal user, not with administrator rights.
Log out and log in as an admin will probably unlock the functions....
