Hi Guys,

Bought a Refurbished iMac 2012 (2.9GHz, GT650M), It arrived today and I love it however I just noticed that there is a 2mm in diameter bright spot on the center right of the screen..

Should I request for a replacement? Or just stick with the display? I honestly haven't had the best experience with AppleCare in the past, so I'm a bit reluctant to even go..

What do you guys think?

Do you have a picture? It might be pressure damage.

I'd just return it/request a replacement. Under no circumstances should you be having a just-received system repaired.

Totally your decision, however if it were my new machine I'd return it and request a replacement. Remember you have 14 days to do so, after that you're out of luck.

Thanks for reply guys, unfortunately It wasn't very visible on using a camera. I've set up an appointment, hopefully it goes well..
