iMac 21.5" late 2009, High Sierra & Samsung ML-1510 printer

I know from a search here that some members have had the same issue as me, not being able to find drivers for a Samsung ML-1510 laser printer. I've got an ML-1510 with two full toner/drum units so it seems a shame not to be able to use it with my iMac, so I wonder if anyone ever did get their iMac to work with the printer.

I've checked links to CUPS etc but I've not been able to find anything that my iMac finds "compatible" or that I can actually download (or even understand!).

And the author was honest enough to tell users it might not work on Catalina!

Thank you, the link doesn't show compatibility with the ML-1510 in the Printers List but I will work my way through other Samsung options to see if any work.

If you can't find drivers you could try booting from an external drive running older Mac OS X when you need to print, or Bootcamp or running a VM for printing or even Remote Control or Screen Sharing software with a PC/Mac that can print to it.

I read recently of someone on this forum keeping a 20 year old Mac just to be able to use a printer.
