hi
I had usual problem with graphic card on my Mac. Every time it was playing up I was disassembling Mac and then "cooking" gpu as advised somewhere on internet... Recently that solution didn't work so I was trying to find out what's wrong..
It looks like one of square blocks fell off so I tried to solder it back to board.
Can anyone please have a look at screen shot and photo of screen and tell me what might be causing screen showing wrong lines and colours?
Thank you

like it's finally dead. Baking the board is a fix that will only work one or 2 times before you have finally killed it. It seems you have reached that stage.

You could try replacing the logic board or the GPU but that'll probably cost morer than the machine is worth.

It's a 7 year old computer it has died it's time to replace it they don't last forever.
