Hey guys,

My Imac 24 suddenly stopped working this morning. Now it won't boot up at all. I opened it up and noticed that the Number 1 light was on but none of the others were on at all. I believe the number 1 light is the trickle from the power supply right? Anyways the fan isn't spinning either. When I hold the power button in for 5 seconds and then release, then hit the power button again the fan spins 1-2 revolutions and then stops. If I don't hold the power button down for 5 seconds then the fan doesn't spin at all. I reseated the ram too and still nothing. Any ideas?

Mine is the 2.16 Intel with the 1GB SDRAM if it helps.

TIA!!!!

Not sure if this helps, but I had a old PC, that I sabotaged to get a mac {long story...} and I took out the ram and it did the same thing to me, I only touched the ram, though nothing else...
