Imac 27 2012 with i7 3.5 780m 4gb

I need good machine for video editing .
I have bug in my head thinking about buying imac 27 2012 and replace its logic board with i7 3.5 ghz gtx 780 logic board from 2013 . Does anyone knows if this is theoretically posibille ?

Not worth the trouble. Why not just buy the 2013 straight away, or the retina iMac?
