Good afternoon,

I've bought a new iMac 27" spec:

3.4GHz Quad-core Intel Core i5, Turbo Boost up to 3.8GHz

8GB 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2X4GB

1TB Serial ATA Drive @ 7200 rpm

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M 2GB GDDR5

I've been trying to install Windows 7 using an ISO image and Boot Camp Assistant but when I go through the process using an external drive it loads the image on to the drive and then creates a partition on the Imac internal drive after this the computer restarts and then I get the following message:

No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key

Can anyone help me and advise where I may be going wrong?

Best Regards

NWR

I had the same problem with my 27" iMac, go back in to bootcamp assistant and delete the partition you have created and start over, it should work.
