Hi!

I installed Windows 10 for gaming
There are only 3 resolutions 5k, 4k ... are available in games and screen options...
Can I use 1080p res for games?

iMac 27' 5k 2017 Radeon Pro 575

Did you install the Apple Graphics drivers for Windows?

I have all available options from 800x600 up to 5180x2880 for my games (provided they support the higher resolutions).

iirc, when using the 5k display, 1080p isn't used, instead 1152p is offered as a near substitute.

Yes! It had been available before I installed boot camp update from Apple ... may be some application or regedit key can correct it ?

Really don’t know what you mean. I run most games in Windows @1080p on my 5k iMac.

ah, I only have a few games installed right now, among them Shadow of Mordor. I'm on vacation now, And my present location lacks the network bandwidth for me to download more of my steam library.

in any case, 1080p is hardly the optimal resolution if you wish to avoid scaling artifacts. 1440p is better, though it may tax your graphics card.

That’s what I used to think, and that is what logic tells you. However, it’s not true.
Been discussed in detail before. Check it out.

Hello!

I have the same problem! Anyone know How i can lower down the resolution from 5k and 4k to lower? Only 3 alternatives available.
