Have a few weeks old iMac 27" late 2013 me088 7200 disc,8gbram,i5 3,2ghz.
This week it have happen twice, when i click on the apple button and choose turn off it came black screen and a grey loading disc, it could stand like this over 10 minutes before it turns off, is that normal when it have only run mail,safari and some music before i turn it off?
It have also happen twice that the tool bar on the top been gone and finder do not answer, and when that happen it is hard to turn it off..
Today it turned off perfect but suddenly a couple time in a week of use this happen, and it not happen at the same time, more often that it came black screen with grey loading disc.
