iMac 27" LED Backlight Power Cable (Late 2009)

Hi, I was trying to take apart my iMac today but I can't for the life of me get this cable out... does anybody know how to do it?? I tried yanking every which way and luckily i didn't break anything...

Solution for this issue.

Press down on the edge of the connector right above the wire, then pull the wire out easily. The connector has a plastic rocker latch to prevent the wire from dislodging during transport. Sorry for the late response. I just saw this post while searching for an answer for the same issue and finally figured it out myself. It may be too late for the poster but I'm posting the solution to help others who run into the same issue in future. Cheers!
