IMac 27" mid 2010 doesn't boot

Dear Friends,
I have a Imac 27 mid 2010 with boot issue.
It power on, fan spinning, HDD start (without to load system) but no chime and no display. On external Display also no signal.
PRAM and SMC reset already tryed. With another videocard same problem.
The Logicboard sims to be faulty. Does anyone know how to find the problem on the logicboard. I have the schematics and a little bit experience with multimeter.
