iMac 27" mid-2011 power button problem

Hope this is the right place to post this.

My iMac is starting to show its age. The power button is giving up. I have to press it 4-5 times before it "catches". Sometimes I hold it for 30 seconds before the chime finally... chimes. We had AppleCare but of course it's too late now.

Any idea how much repair would cost? I'm quite worried that one day it will just not switch on and that will be it. And if it won't switch on, it doesn't even make sense to use it as a display for a Mac Mini...
