hi ,

I upgraded my iMac 27' 2011 with open core to Monterey , all is working fine except I can not find the internal speakers. when I open the preference they are not there

however I must say thanks to opencore patcher v0.5.2 . and an upgrade to SSD ( 2T) and 32GB the machine is working outstanding and all my software , like fusion 360, I could get upgraded to the latest version

thanks a lot

so now I'm using 2 speakers plugged into the earphone connection

Can't help with speakers, I too have a 2011 iMac and am looking at upgrading to Ventura using OpenCore .6.0. Can you give an update on your experience with OpenCore? Thanks!
