iMac 27" Ordered - 1-3 Days, but says Jan 10th.

Hello, I ordered my new iMac 27" (Thanks work!) and during checkout it said 1-3 days to ship (I also did store pickup). But, after all said and done, the order processed and says January 10th.

Anyone have past experience of getting it earlier?

I can't wait. I've wanted an iMac for a long time!

January 10th for the store pickup date? That sounds about right. Remember it's 1-3 days to ship it, then there is the time it takes for it to be delivered to the store once it is shipped and maybe an extra day for the store to process it and notify you it is available.

It could show up at the store a day or 2 earlier.

I elected store pickup over home delivery.. whats faster in your opinion? I figured store cause they receive items in bulk a lot.

With home delivery you save maybe a day over store pickup. And if you're not home when UPS/Fedex shows up you have to wait another business day for delivery.
