iMac 27" ram

Just wanted to be sure that you agree - this ram can be installed in the Late 2012 27" ram, right? I intend to run with 24 GB (2*4 + 2*8 GB).

That RAM will work but only if you purchase all Corsair and don't plan on using Apples stock RAM.

More specifically, that RAM will work, but it will run at 1333MHz instead of 1600MHz since it is CL10 instead of CL11. I have installed this kit from Amazon and it works perfectly alongside the 8GB that came with the system. Note that it is CL11.

Ok, thanks so much. I went ahead and changed my order - my local company had these, which I ordered two pcs. of:

Again, thanks for your help. I will be doing a lot of scientific computing, so RAM speed is crucial (pun intended) for me :-D
