iMac 27' screen humidty & service protection

As we enter in summer, and room temperatures changes, my iMac screen had humidity, or smoky/dusty marks appear under the glass.

I think it can be cleaned. My question is if wait, will it disappear or will it stay forever if i won't bring it to service to be cleaned?

My 2nd question is about protecting files/folders. If i set my admin password and guest account to set Security > Require password and Security > Disable automatic login, is it enough for protection or does it needs firmware password kind of thing? What's the enough level of security before giving to service?
