iMac 27" Ventilation - info Request

New to MacRumors and soon to be new to the Mac world. My dilema is if a 27" iMac will have the proper ventilation in my Roll Top Desk? The distance from my desk surface to the top of the Roll Top is 52cms and a 27" iMac is 51.7cms which means a 27" will just barely fit(height wise). There will be about 25cm clearance behind the iMac and ample clearance on either side. So do you think this setup would allow proper ventilation for a 27" or should I be looking at the 21.5"?

Surely you aren't planning to run your iMac with the roll top closed, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Update bought a 27" but had to take it back and exchange it for the 21". The 27" was just to big for my Rolltop desk. Goodbye 6 year old Dell XPS 600.
