iMac 27" Wake Up Issues

Our new 27" iMac is fantastic apart from the lag that occurs when waking it from sleep mode.

On wake up, it beachballs for a few seconds before you can do anything else.

The AirPort connection is to a Time Capsule. I have reinstalled Snow Leopard, installed 10.6.2 and reset PRAM & SMC.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
