Just installed OCZ Vertex 3 Max Iops 240Gb as main disk and WD Caviar Black 2Tb SATA III as secondary. Notices that system temperature is higher than use to be (expect it)

Just wonder, how bad it can be if average HDD temp around 45-49C, CPU 50-60C, GPU 60-70C on load.

When not loading much, it is aprox 45C and below

That's perfectly normall and well within operating parameters, your iMac will shut itself down if the temperature reaches a level where damage through heat could result.

Yes, thank you. I know about this one. Just worry about hit from HDD may cause some damage to display since it is mounted sooo close to it.

otherwise temp is not that high as use to be in MBP
