Imac 5.2 with home wireless problem

Hi, Apple newbie here. I bought an Imac 5.2 w/Intel Core2Duo from Ebay and when I first plugged it in first time it connected to my home wireless network without a hitch. Powered it off. Next day it worked as well, then after a period of inactivity it went into sleep mode and ever since I haven't had an internet connection. It appears airport extreme self assigns its own IP automatically.

Thanks in advance for anyone that can provide advice!!
