iMac 5K don't go to sleep with macOS Sierra

I am having this issue since a while, with El Capitan, didnt have any problem.

On Energy Saver window, everything is deselected except put hard disks to sleep when possible. I don't have any USB device attached except a Waco tablet and disconnecting it doesn't solve the issue.

Any ideas?
