Does not load into OS.
Reset NVRAM and PRAM.
Sometimes able to boot from USB install media,
many times it hangs on this step (see pic attached)
When was able to boot to installer I launched diskutil and saw many open error 5 problems.
I was able to "install" or seemed to install (took a long time), when rebooted it booted to the installer again I think.
Any ideas?
