I've successfully added several macs to our Windows print server. I've added one user, but when he goes to print, nothing happens. I believe he was authenticating wrong before, but I deleted his keychain entry for the printer, but I don't get the authentication prompt again.

My question is, is there a .plist or something in the library that I could delete and refresh the printer preferences? I deleted and added the printer a couple different times. I printed successfully from another user account on that computer, so it's something with his profile. Any suggestions?
