Hullo,
I was once a happy mac owner but earlier this year a burglar had my 15inch unibody MBP away. After it's abstraction I couldn't afford a new mac so I had to make do with an iPad (amusingly the week after I bought my iPad the iPad 2 was released, just like the new model MBP came out a week after I bought mine in April last year).
Anyway after my first magical mac experience with my sadly missed MBP I have decided to buy a new one. As I have the iPad to play with when im away from home I am going to buy an iMac. Have two grand to spend so my question is is it worth upgrading the CPU and gfx card on the poshest 27inch iMac? Or would I get a better return if i went for a ssd drive instead?
Sadly enough I am desperate to play wow again, which I havnt played since I flogged my PC, as my MBP just couldn't hack it on pretty enough video settings. So will the video card upgrade make much of a difference when playing warcraft?
Thanks
Doris
