iMac and headset

Hello,

First of all im running windows 7 on bootcamp, I want to disable the mic and use my headset's instead becuase whenever I want to talk by spke people say it sounds awful.

So far I can disable iMac's built in mic, but I cant get to speak over my headset's mic, weird because my headset's speakers works perfeclty, and I know mic does two because when ever I connected to my dell it works, any ideas? thanks.
