iMac and/or MBP working as 2nd monitor

I've ordered a 17" MacBook Pro, and I would like to run a dual-screen setup at some point, and I wondered if it's possible to use an iMac as MBP's second screen or vice versa?

I wouldn't think so as none of them have any video inputs as far as I know - but maybe you guys know something I don't about whether this kinda thing is possible

If not I'll guess I'll have to go for an ACD instead.

Basically no. You could rig up something with an EyeTV, but it would be pricey and I'm not sure how well it would work...probably not very well.
