iMac as Time Machine?

I have a iMac 27" with 2 disks (1 SSD, 1 HD). Here I use Time Machine to backup the system (SSD) on the HD.

Last week I bought a MBP and would like to setup Time Machine in that way, that it backs up the MBP on the HD of the iMac.

Any suggestion how to do that?
