iMac, Ati 2400xt PC card flash. Is it possible?

Hey Everbody, my question is:
Can I boot up my A1224 (2007, 20") iMac, with a 2400xt Mobility Radeon from a PC based notebook, without flashing it? Like on Mac Pros, without boot screen?

If yes, can I flash it on the iMac, with atiflash?

If not, is it a good idea to flash it on an old PC notebook with the Mac 2400xt ROM, then put it in the iMac?

Anybody tryed it? Thank You!
