iMac beeps when it is sleeping

The past couple of nights I have woken up in the middle of the night to my iMac beeping really loudly. When it does this it won't wake up from sleep mode. It is only one beep repeated not 2 or 3 short beeps together.
What do I do to fix this?

The past couple of nights I have woken up in the middle of the night to my iMac beeping really loudly. When it does this it won't wake up from sleep mode. It is only one beep repeated not 2 or 3 short beeps together.
What do I do to fix this?

Mine was the same thing. Was sleeping for 2 days and then all of a sudden it started to beep when I tried to wake it up. Someone on this site suggested a site at apple support that tells you what each beep means. 1-2-3-4 beeps etc. Turns out it was my ram. The ram went bad in less than a week. Took it to apple to get fixed took it home and now the blue tooth doesn't work. Crazy
