Hi all,
i have a 2011 27" iMac running 10.8 I have it connected to my APE via ethernet. I have noticed that sometimes when i get home and wake it from sleep, the iMac says it is connected (if i check network via ethernet in system preferences/network/ethernet) but mail, messages, safari, etc will not work/connect. Nothing seems to be able to fix it, other than a restart. I have tried searching a bit.....i have found some say reset SMC (which i just tried) not sure if that will help.....and all the other regular stuff. wanted to know if anyone else has run into this issue. BTW, it was an update to MLion over Lion....not a clean install. I can't recall this happening with Lion. perhaps this is a ML bug that will be fixed with 10.8.1?
thanks
