imac cd/dvd drive problem, dead drive?

Hi,

I have an iMac 2Ghz Core2Duo and just today whenever I pop any CD or DVD in it will spin 3 times and then give up and pop the cd straight out. When I do the same thing in the Bootcamp windows it also does the same thing. I'm thinking my drive died. Any thoughts/suggestions?
