iMac constantly appears as audio device

Since the latest update of my iPhone 11Pro to iOS14.6, one of my iMacs keeps appearing as a bluetooth "audio device" for my phone calls, even though I am miles away from my iMac.

  • "Calls on Other Devices" is off/disabled on my iPhone
  • iMac has been signed off from Facetime
  • iMac is not paired as a bluetooth device with the iPhone
The only (temporary) resolution is to restart my iPhone.

After the restart iMac does not immediately appear as an audio device on iPhone, but after some time it appears again, even though I am miles away from it.

Any ideas?
