imac disconnecting from airport/time capsule

I might have posted in the wrong thread, but, my iMac regularly disconnects from the Internet even though I'm connected to the Time Capsule. But, when I turn off Airport and turn it back on, it seems to work fine. Problem is that I have to do this every 30 mins or so. Does anyone have an idea what's going on and how i can fix it? it just started doing this about 2 weeks ago. thanks
