Hello,
I have a 4K external display connected to my late-2015 iMac 27" retina running Mojave 10.14.2. The display is connected via DisplayPort and it works fine, but the iMac detects it as a "projector" in System Preferences > Displays and on the display drop-down on the menu bar. The Displays preference pane shows me options for projector calibration. Why is this? Is there any way to force Mojave to detect it as a display instead of a projector?
The display is a Sceptre U275W. Great display for the money, by the way.
Thanks,
cinergi
