iMac FaceTime camera angle

Does anyone else find that the built-in camera on 27" iMac models points too far down for video calls?

I have always been told the correct way to position your screen is to have your eyes level with the top of the visible portion of the display, and to have the screen flat with no tilt:

This results in the top of my head being cut off on video calls!

Or do I just have a huge head? :p
