iMac fatal error when connecting any USB drive, help please

Hi there,

Out of nowhere, my iMac acts all up everytime I connect an USB drive, being a flashdrive or WD 1 TB drive.

Description:

When I plug the device in, the screen dims, and an error message onscreen asks me to reboot the iMac in several languages. If the device is still connected during reboot, the reboot loops (WITH the error screen showing first every loop).

Tried with 3 different devices,... everytime - the screen appears.

I have found no help at the Apple Support Pages ):

http://www.mac-forums.com/forums/os-x-operating-system/144665-usb-kernel-panic.html may have something to do with it. Also consider downloading the 10.5.6 update if you're running a prior version or re-running the 10.5.6 combo update if you're already running at 10.5.6.

After some research in the links you posted, it must be the thing I installed from the developer center in order to get my jailbreak to work.

I have located the file I need from ADC.. but apple has for some reason blocked my account for "security reasons"... Guess they know what file people are after to jailbreak?
