iMac freezing

Hi, I have recently bought the 5k iMac. Can't remember exactly which parts I customised, but i have the 4GHz processor, 16GB RAM, AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4096 MB as well as 3tb fusion drive. Ever since I got it, it has been freezing whenever I do major changes in whatever is shown on the screen. Difficult to explain, but examples are whenever I go into fullscreen, switch between programs and so on. Doesn't happen every time, but way too often. Has anyone else experienced this, and know how to fix it?

Did you get the RAM from Apple or installed it yourself?

Also, did you try running the built in hardware check at boot?
