iMac G3 compatible keyboards and mouse

i am a lifelong pc & non-mac laptop user and "inherited" a G3/OS 10.2.4/288MB ram about 3 months ago. love it BUT hate the keyboard and mouse. used to an ergonomic (or at least one that i can see and type easily on) keyboard and a scrolling mouse.

are they available for this baby or am i doomed to not be able to type as fast as i normally should? just came back from a pc user's" house and the ease of use with her keyboard was amazing compared to this iMac's...keys are too dark, stick, spaced poorly for even my small hands...appreciate any help.

95% of USB keyboards work fine.

im using Kensingon's optical mouse-in-a-box, it has a scroll wheel and only costs like $14

Any USB mouse and keyboard should world just fine
