imac g3 flashplayer??

Hey,
I have a old iMac G3 running 10.1.5. I have tried about 20 to 25 different ways to get and install flash player 7 to view youtube videos. I am new to macs..been with pc's all my life :( So if someone could explain a "very" detailed discription on how to get and install flash player 7 to watch youtube i would be very happy..
