iMac G3 OS 9 - Stuff to do?

Hi, this is my first post. I've spent a lot of time reading posts on here, so I decided to sign up.

I recently was given a G3 iMac (Slot Loading), and was wondering what I could do with it. So far, I'm using it as an MP3 player, and I put some random videos on it, but not much else.

I'm planning on doing a youtube series about ways to use an old Mac, but theres one problem: The iMacs screen is difficult to record with a camera, (scan lines) and there are not video-screen-capture programs available for OS 9.

I know this post seems confusing, but basically I'm wondering if anyone can suggest,
1) Some cool software for Mac OS 9
2) A way to record Mac OS 9 running on an iMac G3.

Hey natlinxz. It just so happens that there's a huge archive out there of Mac software, for Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X, called Info-Mac. I'm sure you can find something to your liking there. I mostly use Info-Mac to get old Mac OS 9 games, but there's a lot of other stuff there too.

Alright, I'll try that site.

Now I just need a way to record the iMac G3s monitor. Any suggestions?
