Hi!

My friend gifted me used iMac G3 a long time ago and I didn't use it since then. Now I tried to turn it on, but nothing happened. I opened back cover and figured out that some cards are missing, seems as memory and something else, probably hard drive.

I was never working with Macs so I am confused and want to figure out can it work or not.

So I need just basic help what I need to get and figure out what I should do to check if it is still works.

So, attached are the pics of back side, possibly it can help to figure out what exactly is missing.

I will appreciate any information and any help you can give me.
Thanks

yes no memory (the two slots ) and harddrive either not inside or just not connected , you need to open the bottom for the harddrive ,you find instructions on youtube how to open the iMac g3

and dont listen to people who will tell you its not worth spending money on a 10 year old mac ..it is worth it !!!!!
