i have a friend with an iMac G4, and he has a Kernal Panic error. Every time he starts his computer it comes up to the screen that says please hold down power button to restart your computer and bunch of txt comes up on the screen saying something about Kernal Panic
He is running OS X 10.3
I tried to start his computer with CDs that came with his computer, hold option key while it is booting up, selected to start from the CD, goes to the gray screen and the error comes up again.
What do you suggest to do.
