I've bought iMac G4 700 15", 128+256mb, 40Gb - year ago. Everything was working good.

Two weeks ago the black faulty screen showed up the first time. Sometimes it happens once a day sometimes every minute. Bummm ...

I've reinstall system. Did all updates. black screen again.

Three days ago I've took away 256mb of RAM memory. It's a CRUCIAL 256MB, 144-pin SODIMM, SDRAM, PC133 memory module

Now with 128mb of system memory computer is working totally perfect. No black screen or any issues.

What do you think. Do I need to buy new RAM? or ?
Please any suggestions are welcome.

Thank you.
