I have just got an iMac G4 15" 1GHz. Now, does that use an Express or original airport card? I am guessing express, but I don't like taking chances, and the other sites are non-conclusive. Some say either way...

It uses an original Airport card (b speed) to connect to a wireless router, like the Airport Express. You can use System Profiler to see if an Airport card is already installed.

It uses an (original) AirPort card. The other you refer to is the AirPort Extreme card, the Express is a router.
Seriously? B! My iBook is faster than that! lol. Um, what about an external hookup? Is there a way that I could hook it into some USB WiFi reciever? Like the new AirPort Express (N-router)
