To some of you i am a bit of a arse but i would like to request a bit of your well rounded knowledge if possible !!!
you see my imac g4 1.25ghz superdrive 80 gb is very slow when connected to the internet and in general for some reason.
now at first i thought the memory might be the issue so i upped it to 512mb from 256mb and still it seems slooww compared a 1ghz ti and 1ghz emac.
so called apple and a technician arrived and agreed it was a bit slow and took it away saying it could be the logic board or modem.
to my horror a week later he brought my imac back and said he ran it along with a similar spec imac and they both performed the same !!!
arrghhhh !!!
Long post i know does anybody have any ideas what this could b ??????
