Suffering from the high pitch fan noise for a long time. I opened the case tens of times and even disassemble the CPU fan spinner to investigate. Tonight, I confirmed that the high pitch noise came from the CPU fan tunnel case. It seems not due to the vibration of the case, because the noise is still there if I press the case firmly; I suspect if the noise came from resonance, so put two thick stickers inside, the noise is still there. Hence, the best solution, for now, is to remove it and tape the blow fan directly to the CPU heat sink inlet. Maybe in the future, I will drill some holes on the tunnel shell, to verify that the noise came from the airflow.
