iMac G5 does not recognize my Dazzle!

I have two firewire devices: 1 Sony DVD Burner and 1 Dazzle Hollywood
Bridge (analog/digital converter).

The Sony DVD works ok in both firewire ports and System Profiler
(Firewire) shows the hardware, but I can't see the Dazzle in System
Profiler or use it with iMovie...

There's an error message in system log:

"iMac-G5 kernel[0]: FireWire (OHCI) Apple ID 52 built-in: 360 bus
resets in last minute."

I connected the Dazzle other Mac (ibook with tiger too) and the System
Profiler shows "Dazzle Hollywood" and it works ok with iMovie!

Please help me!
