Imac G5 "hardware" problem

Ok, I'm really sad. I just got my wonderful new comp in oct and NOW the screen keeps getting blurry and shaky with lines running through it. Apple support has been wonderful, and, they are sending someone out to fix the problem but still, WHY IS A NEW COMP HAVING ISSUES?!?! This is why I switched to mac from a pc but alas the problems keep following me. I wish they could just give me a new comp because if this had happend when I first recieved the comp I could have shipped it back and gotten a new one. Sorry for the ***Ch session, I just needed to vent my frustrations.

Sometimes you just get unlucky I'm afraid. Whenever you purchase ANYTHING there's always a chance it could go wrong.

Apple products are usually considered to be more reliable and less prone to failures but it doesn't mean they're completely immune.
