iMac G5 in Colors

I found this great site where you can order a aluminum frame for the iMac. Looks pretty sweet. I just ordered a green one. I also ordered a touchTurn. A inexpensive way to turn my iMac. Just tought I would share this great find with all of you.

These look good. Shame they get rid of the Apple logo though. Don't know if silicon based skins would be better, like with the iPod etc?! I'd feel better putting that on than metal on my iMac.

Its a really novel idea though!

Pretty cool thing. Does it use some kind of adhesive to hold in place? It better doesn't leave any stains afterwards.

When you said case, I though you meant a replacement case that is made out aluminum.

I tried two more times and after 45 seconds it causes Internet Explorer to quit. I'll check that mactallic site from Apple during my next visit there. I can hardly wait until I can say farewell to both OS 9 and IE.

For those who have ordered their Macs from Colorware, it would be very interesting to hear the colors that were chosen and whether anyone was dissatisfied after the product was received. Also, any problems with service from that company?

I like this Mactallic product line... now I just wish I was in the market for an iMac G5.

Based upon the images I've looked at, I would rate the Mactallic look far ahead of Colorware.

Yeah, this looks cool. You have to really want a colored mac to justify the price of a colorware computer. This isn't quite the real deal, but its close enough considering the price.

Just saw that Mactallic website and though it is very cool looking. Will make the Intel iMacs even hotter looking.

Colors aren't anything new, but the TouchTurn does look neat.
